It took a while, but the powers that be have released on the 2014 schedule. Looks pretty awesome to us.

Saturday, June 7……….Charlotte, NC
Sunday, June 8…………Knoxville, TN
Monday, June 9…………Charleston, WV
Tuesday, June 10……….Norwalk, OH
Wednesday, June 11…..Crown Point, IN
Thursday, June 12………Bettendorf, IA
Friday, June 13………….Wisconsin Dells

Saturday, June 14 -Long Haulers Only – Awards

What’s up with the Long Haulers Gold nonsense? Sounds silly.

See you in June.

Why is the Duster getting rained on while somebody's shit box Dodge sits in the garage?

What is a “Wisconsin Dell,” anyhow? Are there farmers there?

I’ve never driven to that part of the world, I’m hoping for one thing – less hot. Dallas and Charlotte are HOT places to finish a power tour. Oh, and it would be nice if there were no rain on the final day, as well. And some decent restaurants and bars along the way… And plenty of Walmarts, in case Bill needs to do any more high-tech maintenance on the Duster.

My family & I have been to the Dells at least 10 times over a 50yr time span & still enjoy it. If kids are involved,it’s a fun place. Bring ur swimsuit & plenty of cash.It ain’t cheap, but you’ll have a good time. I guarantee u will want to stay longer, but motel res. may be difficult. If ur heading south after the Tour, head down Wis.SR23 to “The House on the Rock” between Dodgeville & Spring Green. The house is “different”. No,it’s not haunted, but interesting. The museum is awesome.Bring ur camera. Allow about 3-4 hours for this. It’s well worth it.

Hey JH, the Dells is a major tourist attraction in the upper midwest. No shortage of brew and the girls will like the souvenir and fudge shops. If u have time and the weather co-operates, the Jet Boat ride is a MUST, and u will get soaked. See u there. P.S. Bring a ziplock bag for the camera.

Thanks for the info, Ron! The weather better cooperate – last year I got rained on the last day of the Power Tour, and I don’t want a repeat!

Roger – You can just register online here:http://www.familyevents.com/event/229 and go as many days as you like! Let us know if you register, and what you’re driving, and we’ll try to meet up in WV! I’m guessing you’ve got a 70 Dodge of some kind?

hey,Rog,as JHC stated, register online & just show up the day of wherever ur planning to join up.Try to arrive around mid morning. Unfortunately ol’ man winter is predicting cooler weather at least thru mid June which could put a damper on outdoor & water activities. But there’s a lot indoor stuff to do.C u there.
