I was chatting with my neighbor before he built the fence and mentioned that it might be wise to add a gate between our properties. I pitched it as a simpler way for his kids to retrieve stray balls and whatnot. A few weeks later he built the fence himself and lo and behold, a sweet, sweet gate.
